Physical Education and Health

The emphasis of our K-5 program - besides having fun - is to practice the fundamentals of good health, fitness, athletic conditioning and to learn the various components of six different sports: soccer, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, baseball, football, and tennis. Middle school physical activity occurs daily right after lunch.  In the 9th grade, half of the course is devoted to health education and the other half to physical fitness education. Many of our students are also involved in extra-curricular athletic teams or clubs.
